$55,000 - $60,000 Annual Salary

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their growing team in the Biltmore area of Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with 1-3 years of recent HR Coordinator or HR Administrative experience who is looking to expand their career in a collaborative and employee-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute offer letters
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment processes
  • Complete I-9 and E-Verify administration
  • Process HRIS transactions and employee data updates
  • Maintain personnel files and HR records
  • Schedule interviews and support recruiting activities
  • Coordinate new hire orientation logistics
  • Assist with HR reporting and audits
  • Manage employment verification requests
  • Support employee recognition programs
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of recent HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR Administrative experience
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and employee records
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
